What is Astrology?
It’s a tool, a model that analyses various characteristics of and interactions among solar bodies, with each other, and with us – on Earth. When we know the big picture and have a vivid image of it in our minds, wouldn’t the steps that lead to that image be easier to follow? So, while we are busy with our house business on Earth (entrenched in details), we aren’t doing so in isolation from the rest of the Solar System.
Astrology is a tool, among a multitude of others, that helps us understand ourselves better as we go on with the everyday mundane necessities. In doing so we begin to embrace the presence of other living things around us – just as we can’t ignore the presence of other planets around us (our neighbours). It’s only when one gets to a peaceful place within that they raise their personal vibration and are able to help, inspire, please someone else without losing chunks of oneself.
An Ascendant in Natal Astrology in particular says a lot about how you present yourself to the world. It’s an important angle that’s calculated with your exact time and place of birth. The birth chart / horoscope / natal chart looks like this image below. Apologies if that sounds condescending. But I’m a researcher. One of the very first lessons I was taught was to “assume nothing”.
This is today’s horoscope – March 1st, 2017. If you have an idea of what this image represents your antennae are probably stating on edge right now. I know the feeling!
Mercury is always keeping us company. I’m quite confident that we’ll have plenty of time to talk about the entire chart in bite-sized portions, off and online.
Got ahead then, order a report that analyses where you’ve been, are now, and might go next. Astrology values Free-Will! What you choose beyond the point of understanding your life path will still be entirely up to you. We get to choose if we want to continue with life less than content; or if we want to feel fulfilled everyday as we walk – alone, and along each other. No??
